Quantum analyzer only work with the original software

Some customer bought the fake quantum analyzer in cheapest price. but the software can not work.
Then customer find me to offer the software and ask me the reason. because they lost the money and time both.
Original quantum health analyer can only work with original software and also the key together.
Fake machine can not upgrade software, means once the machine can not work then never can use it.
So not the cheap product is the best one. we can use the original machine for almost 6 years. why buy cheap one can not use?
