What should we do to solve quantum analyzer error

Quantum analyzer compatible with XP/Win7/Win8 ( 32 bits and 64 bits ) system
After finish the softwoare installation should insert the encryption key ( USB disk )
If you insert it and runing device, it still show " can not find your encryption key", you should use encryption key and bought the fake one.
At this monment ask your supplier help to check your key ID and processor to fix software
Another problem usually happen is can not get the report or show others datebase, it should be anti-virus destory the software.
So please remove all and ask a new software to install, it should work.
